TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMHAHA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.
TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY IS NOT LEGALLY EXCLUDABLE, DREAMHAHA’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dreamhaha and its affiliates, owners, operators, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

We may modify the Services at any time (including adding or removing features). We may also update these Terms. When we update the Terms, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14) Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in courts located in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
